This is me, your spirulina producer !!

My name is Bruno Chatelard,
lover of nature and living things, at 37 I discovered spirulina.
After years spent in diverse and varied professions,
my curiosity carried me into this exciting universe!

I trained in spirulina cultivation at the CFPPA in Bourcefranc le Chappus, in 2016.
After an internship at L’étoile verte (another Savoyard producer), I set up my project
installation on a former horticultural farm.

After some work I started my production in spring 2017.
Ideally located, away from pollution and with a breathtaking view, the greenhouses
offer a great working tool.

The culture basins are placed on the ground and accommodate an average height of 10 cm of water.
With 3 ponds I cultivate (in organic farming) on ​​800m2 this cyanobacteria from tropical alkaline lakes.
